Controlling the lights

  1. All lights can be controlled by using Google Home on the app or by voice commands. E.g.: "Okay Google, set the bathroom lights to 40%"
  2. Turn the living room LED strip on and off by using Google Home “Okay Google, turn LED strip off”.
  3. Simple commands like “turn the lights on” will turn the lights on in the room you are in and you don’t need to specify which room.

There are a number of automations that happen throughout the day. Mornings the living room side lamps and led strip turn on. At sunset they change colour and set the mood for the evening.

Controlling the heating

  1. By using the radiator's knob, you can turn on individual radiators to the desired temperature.
  2. By asking Google to set the temperature of your desired radiator to a specific temperature like "Okay Google, set living room radiator to 22 degrees".
  3. By using the Tado app (or Google Home app) you can set each room's temperature to the desired temperature.
  4. All heading will turn off at 23:00 every night. This is on an automation. You can of course override this.
